As lockdown measures eased in July, a raggle-taggle band of artists headed down in small groups to Hull’s former fish dock with paint, brushes, pencils, pens, sketchbooks and paper for an urban picnic and afternoon of art in the shadow of the Lord Line building, wrote Dave Windass in The Critical Fish.
